            The data controller processes personal data that originate from you or from a party with which you are associated.<\/p>\n

            The data controller may also process data originating from other parties if you have consented to their disclosure to the controller.<\/p>\n

            The data controller may also process data originating from publicly available sources.<\/p>\n

              The data controller may disclose personal data to its subcontractors (entities whose services it uses in processing) such as:<\/p>\n

                The data controller does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area except for the sharing of data with Google LLC, which processes data on behalf of the data controller in connection with the data controller’s use of the Google Analytics service. The transfer of data outside the European Economic Area as part of using this service is based on standard contractual clauses.<\/p>\n

                  3. In the case of data processed to respond to your inquiries or correspondence \u2013 for a period of 3 years from the date of submission of the inquiry or correspondence;<\/li>\n
                  4. In the case of data processed to fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the data controller \u2013 for the period required by law;<\/li>\n
                  5. In the case of data processed to pursue claims or defend against claims \u2013 for the limitation period of potential claims;<\/li>\n

In the case of data processed for recruitment processes \u2013 for the duration of the given recruitment process (if the processing was based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) or for a period of 5 years from the collection of the data (if the processing was based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      6. Right to object to the processing of personal data;<\/li>\n
                      7. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;<\/li>\n
                      8. If the processing of data is based on consent, you also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
