Grzegorz Turowski has been with ONE House since May 2021 and has over 12 years of experience in digital marketing. Up until now, Grzegorz was the Senior SEM & Paid Social Manager
responsible for planning and purchasing online campaigns and coordinating the activities of the digital marketing team. In his new role, his responsibilities will expand to include developing the full portfolio of digital products offered by the agency and overseeing negotiations with clients and vendors in this arena.
Grzegorz has spent more than a decade building his expertise in digital marketing, focusing on campaign optimization and strategic planning in SEM and paid social channels. Throughout his career, he has managed projects for key agency clients, collaborating with global brands, which has helped him acquire extensive knowledge in digital media and develop innovative marketing solutions.
Under Grzegorz’s leadership, his team has achieved significant milestones, such as earning Google Premier Partner status, which is awarded annually to the top 3% of Google’s partner agencies, as well as winning numerous pitch competitions, including international ones. The team’s expertise also contributed to ONE House being recognized as a “Reliable Partner” in the 2024 Media House of the Year rankings by Media Marketing Polska, where ONE House received the highest ratings among independent media agencies in the categories of “Satisfaction with Performance Marketing” and “High-Quality Programmatic Internet Buying.”

Grzegorz reports to Katarzyna Baczyńska, Head of Media at ONE House. Additionally, he serves as an instructor at Marcus Academy (www.marcusacademy.pl), one of Poland’s leading digital marketing education platforms, where he shares his expertise in running online campaigns.
