From intern to Communications Account Manager

I decided to intern at ONE House because I wanted a place where I could learn and grow under the guidance of seasoned experts in their fields, in an environment that's all about understanding and sharing knowledge. My internship at ONE House gave me a real inside look at the advertising industry and how it is structured; and helped me develop skills in negotiations and in putting together comprehensive proposals for clients in both offline and online media. Now, as an account manager in the Client Service Department, I'm responsible for ongoing client support, overseeing the agency’s project processes, and ensuring effective collaboration with the Strategy, Creative, Media, and Production teams.

From intern to Senior SEM & Paid Social Specialist

Interning at ONE House was the perfect way to grow. I met people here with tons of industry experience and, more importantly, a real willingness to share their knowledge. During my time in the Media Department, I learned the basics of Google Analytics and how to use Google's advertising system, which allowed me to manage campaigns for some of the agency's smaller clients. I also earned my Google Ads certification, and after a few months, I was promoted to the position of independent specialist at ONE House. I currently work in the Media Team, where I independently serve existing clients, make recommendations, and manage campaigns.

From intern to SEM & paid Social Specialist

The StażUP program at ONE House was a good starting point for me. I learned from people who have extensive knowledge about the intricacies of the Google and Facebook platforms. Once I understood the workings of both platforms, I was able to run campaigns for agency clients effectively. I also obtained certification as a Google Ads specialist, and after a few months, I was promoted to a Junior position. Currently, I work in the Media Team, where I prepare recommendations and manage marketing campaigns.

What are the stages of the internship?

You will discover how ONE House functions

During the first week, you will participate in introductory meetings with the CEO, HR department, and team leaders. You will get to know the structure of the company and the specifics of the responsibilities in each department at ONE House.

You will learn from the best and gain experience

Over the next weeks, you will gain practical experience in the department to which you were recruited, lending your support to various projects.
