The modern headquarters of ONE House – what surprises await at the new Bobrowiecka office?

ONE House’s new headquarters has nearly 1 200 square meters of contemporary office space, employing the best practices of modern office design. It features stylish conference rooms, a Coffee House, relaxation zone, and game room. The new office is located on Bobrowiecka Street, in Warsaw’s Lower Mokotow district. Is there anything surprising about the office at 8 Bobrowiecka Street?

The location marks a new chapter in the history of ONE House and serves as the beginning of more significant changes in the company’s growth.

“We were committed to creating a modern, comfortable, and, most importantly, safe office that meets the highest standards on the market. After analyzing numerous proposals and holding countless discussions and meetings, we finalized a design with an optimal fit-out. This setup not only enables efficient work but also creates an enjoyable and pleasant environment,” says Marcin Piecewicz, CEO of ONE House.

From the moment you step into the building at Bobrowiecka 8, it’s clear that you’ve entered a creative space. The interior of the building feels like a 21st-century art gallery, with its bright, open areas, designer decor, and incredible works of art by Sasnal, Fangor, and Swanski adorning the walls. ONE House’s headquarters are located on the 4th floor, offering views of the Palace of Culture and Science and downtown Warsaw. The space was designed by Concept Space and brought to life by the Forbis Group.

The modern ONE House office has been designed to meet all the needs and requirements of the agency’s team. Innovative technologies and numerous amenities enhance both comfort and work ergonomics. The space offers a variety of functional areas, including collaborative workspaces that facilitate easy communication, soundproof booths for phone calls, and small rooms for one-on-one meetings. Greenery is present in almost every corner of the office, helping to dampen noise, purify the air, and create a pleasant atmosphere.

All for Marketing in the interiors

The new headquarters wouldn’t be complete without elements that reflect the agency’s core philosophy – All for Marketing. Due to the specific needs of each department, we’ve created seven conference rooms, each named after one of the areas of expertise that ONE House specializes in. The Strategy, Creative, Media, Digital, Production, and Brand Activation rooms, along with the main All for Marketing conference room, form a cohesive space for client meetings, presentations, training sessions, and project discussions. The HR department also has its own dedicated meeting room, ensuring a comfortable environment for conducting interviews.

A creative environment – for the young as well

Research studies have shown that, for younger generations, the design of the workplace is as important as the benefits a company offers. Millennials increasingly value the option to work in various settings – whether it’s a stylish cafe, a comfortable sofa, or a hammock. That’s why the new office has been designed with the needs of young people in mind, including those who will be joining ONE House through initiatives like the StażUP internship program.

“We’re an agency that values creativity, and we’ve created a space that reflects that. We’ve ensured the comfort and convenience of our employees by providing opportunities to step away from the computer. This helps with relaxation between projects, ultimately boosting productivity,” adds Piecewicz.

The relaxation areas, furnished with artificial grass carpeting and comfortable sofas and armchairs, make the new ONE House headquarters feel more like a garden than an office. Lounge chairs, bean bags, and poufs offer the chance to change up your surroundings throughout the day and provide a break from the usual desk work. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen, known as the Coffee House, is perfect for team bonding. Its cozy decor makes it feel like a real cafe, where you can slow down and enjoy a good cup of coffee. The game room offers a nostalgic trip back to the ’80s and ’90s, with vintage pinball machines and arcade games. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy foosball and a boxing bag. Additionally, the “Spa” room is quite popular, where anyone can relax in professional massage chairs – a perfect way to unwind between meetings.

The new Bobrowiecka office is significant not only from the perspective of the agency’s employees but also serves as a showcase for business partners and current and future clients. It stands as a testament to the dynamic growth of ONE House. The move to this new headquarters will allow the agency to elevate its marketing communications services to an even higher level, in line with its “All for Marketing” philosophy.
