The ONE House Agency would like to announce its participation in the global Ad Net Zero initiative, which aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by the advertising industry. Launched in the UK in 2020, this project quickly gained international recognition and has become a key movement in promoting sustainable development in the global ad sector.
In 2022, the program expanded to Ireland, with the U.S. and New Zealand following suit the next year. In 2024, the initiative was officially launched in both Poland and the United Arab Emirates, becoming an essential part of the worldwide effort to decarbonize the advertising industry. In Poland, the project is supported by the SAR Marketing Communications Association, which advocates for sustainable solutions and fights greenwashing.
ONE House joining Ad Net Zero is a step towards reducing CO2 emissions not only by the agency itself but also in the methods used for marketing communications, including media planning and buying.
“Our goal isn’t merely to create effective ad campaigns, but also to mitigate their environmental impacts. Joining Ad Net Zero is a natural next step that aligns with our sustainability strategy,” says Monika Wosińska, Senior Communications Account Manager at ONE House, who has been overseeing the implementation and coordination of the Ad Net Zero project at the agency.
ONE House’s mission is to create effective marketing communications that support our clients’ business goals, while simultaneously taking every step necessary to ensure that we are responsible environmentally and socially.
As part of its Ad Net Zero efforts, the agency will be actively measuring its carbon emissions and reporting progress on reducing them. ONE House is also committed to adopting sustainable internal practices and promoting actions that contribute to achieving climate neutrality in the advertising industry.
