ONE House has joined the Coalition for Friendly Recruitment! We’re proud to be part of this outstanding initiative. The Coalition was founded in 2013 by Pracuj.pl, the largest job search website in Poland. Its mission is to promote ethical job recruitment practices in Poland and to establish standards in this area. It specifically focuses on the need to build amicable relationships with job candidates and maximize their positive experiences during the recruitment process (Candidate Experience). The Coalition welcomes selected companies whose organizational culture and recruitment standards align with its goals.
Currently, the Coalition has over 350 members that develop, implement, and promote best practices for friendly recruitment. We’re thrilled that our own recruitment efforts – which are aligned with our company philosophy “All for Marketing” – have been acknowledged. These efforts range from the communications on our company website, to our proprietary three-month StażUp internship program, to the hard work of our HR team. Thank you!
