We have successfully concluded the second edition of StażUP, a three-month internship program developed by ONE House.
The program’s success is multifaceted. First, there is the interest in the program itself. We received over 1900 applications – twice as many as in the year prior – for the second edition of the internship. Second, we were able to improve the internship program. In line with our mission of sharing knowledge, interns were given the opportunity to learn the company’s structure and gain a broad understanding of the marketing communications activities carried out at ONE House: Media, Strategy, Creative, Production, Brand Activation, Marketing, and Client Service. Interns also acquired practical skills under the guidance of dedicated mentors and during workshop sessions. Third, we successfully navigated the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and conducted the internship project in hybrid mode (in-office and remotely). Finally, and most importantly, we grew our agency team by 7 new people!
All the interns who completed the training program were invited to continue their work in full-time assistant positions in their chosen departments at ONE House. Congratulations to our new assistants!
