For the second consecutive year, the ONE House Group has been honored with the prestigious “Friendly Workplace” award. This recognition is given to companies dedicated to creating supportive, employee-centered work environments, which strongly emphasize health, personal growth, and overall employee wellbeing.
Presented by the editorial team at MarkaPracodawcy.pl, the Friendly Workplace award recognizes organizations that have implemented modern and effective HR practices. The award distinguishes companies that are committed to fostering professional development, inclusivity, health, and to providing a safe, welcoming workplace environment.
“This Friendly Workplace award means a great deal to us as it validates our efforts to build a genuinely welcoming work environment,” says Magdalena Maciąg, People & Culture Manager at the ONE House Group. “Every year, we try to expand our initiatives to support our employees’ development, while creating a space that provides them comfort and a sense of belonging.”
Over the past few years, the ONE House Group has launched a series of initiatives aimed at improving workplace comfort and health awareness. One standout example is our “Pink October – All for Health” campaign, which encourages employees to make regular health checkups a priority. In October, employees are given an additional day off so that they can visit a doctor for a comprehensive medical exam. This campaign promotes awareness not just for breast cancer, but also for other cancers and conditions, including prostate, colon, and cervical cancers, as well as diabetes and hypertension. The initiative has been broadened to include men’s health, as the ONE House Group cares for all its employees and partners, regardless of gender, emphasizing the importance of prevention for everyone.
As part of its emphasis on professional development, the ONE House Group has implemented its proprietary StażUp internship program, which offers young talent an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various departments within the agency and often leads to long-term employment.
Another initiative is the English 360 project, which provides employees with in-office language classes taught by a native English speaker, specialized language workshops, and access to an e-learning platform in order to enhance their language skills and support their professional growth.
