Dear Sir/Madam, if you include the consent clause below in your CV regarding the processing of personal data, we will be able to process your personal data in future recruitment processes as well. If you do not include this clause, we will not be able to use your data in future recruitments. We will only use it for the purposes of ongoing recruitments. Information on how we process your data is provided below.

I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by ONE House Ltd. for the purpose of conducting recruitment processes, in accordance with applicable law, particularly Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”), for the next 3 years. Failure to provide the aforementioned consent will result in the deletion of data after the completion of the ongoing recruitment process.

Information Clause

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”), ONE House Ltd. provides the following information regarding the processing of your personal data:

  1. Data Controller

The data controller is ONE House Ltd., located at Bobrowiecka 8, 00-728 Warsaw, registered in the Entrepreneurs Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000455576, NIP: 5272691848, REGON: 146613100,

  1. Purposes and Legal Bases of Personal Data Processing

The data controller processes personal data to facilitate participation in recruitment processes currently and in the future conducted by the data controller.

The legal basis for processing personal data is:

  1. In the scope of currently conducted recruitment processes – actions taken by the data controller at the candidate’s request for employment (i.e., consideration of a job application) before the potential conclusion of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
  2. In the scope of recruitment processes that may be conducted in the future – consent expressed by the candidate for employment (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
  1. Recipients of Data

The data controller may disclose your personal data to its subcontractors (entities whose services it uses in processing), such as:

  1. Entities with which the data controller collaborates in conducting recruitments;
  2. IT service providers.

The data controller does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

  1. Data Retention Period

The data controller retains personal data for a period of 5 years from their collection – if the candidate for employment has given appropriate consent. If consent has not been given, personal data are deleted immediately after the completion of the respective recruitment process.

  1. Rights of Data Subjects

You have the following rights:

  1. Right to access the provided personal data and right to receive a copy of them;
  2. Right to rectify personal data;
  3. Right to erase personal data;
  4. Right to request restriction of processing of personal data;
  5. Right to data portability;
  6. Right to object to the processing of personal data;
  7. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

If the processing of data is based on consent, you also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The data controller does not make decisions concerning you that are based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

  1. Information on Voluntary or Mandatory Provision of Data

Providing your data is voluntary, however, failure to do so will make it impossible to participate in recruitment processes.
